 Known Issues

  1. Issue:  Gray Bar Displayed After Device Rotation  On rotating the phone, most web pages will resize to fill the screen. Some web pages will NOT resize to fill the window after rotation and the page will be drawn with a gray bar on one side of the screen.
    Workaround:  Manually resizing the page using a pinch action should redraw the page so it fills the screen normally.

  2. Issue:  Invalid SSL Certificate  A secure web site that has an invalid SSL certificate will cause an "untrusted" error and the app will be unable to connect to the web site.
    Workaround:  No workarounds are available at this time.

  3. Issue:  Video Playback  Certain video files fail to load in the video player. Often the player will be shown for a moment then return to the original web page. On rare occasions, the video player will remain with no content resulting in a black screen.
    Workaround:  No workarounds are available at this time. Please use Safari to view problem videos.
